You simply call the customer service number on your policy. They will ask you for your policy number and a few questions to make sure you are the actual policy holder. They will set up an appointment for the adjuster to come out and inspect your roof. We will be there for that meeting to make sure that the adjuster is thorough and doesn't miss any of the damaged areas. We work for you!

Yes we will replace your roof with the exact quality of materials and color of your original roof. We will walk you through the process before we begin.

It is standard procedure in the industry that 1/2 of the payment is made as a deposit (covers the materials that will be installed) the remainder of the balance will be paid upon completion of the work.
